Monica’s Crazy, Perfect Brain
Understanding Monica’s Brain: Top 20
I would like to introduce my crazy, perfect Monica. And a few facts how to distinguish her from other students. What makes her unique and what factors you must be careful. I’m sure Monica will understand because she is such a GREAT FRIEND
Enjoy. Learn. Apply
1. It is very likely to see a freshmen in the hallway with a VERY baggy shirt
Well, that is Monica! If she is wearing a grey baggy shirt with gloomy pictures on it, it basically means she has been studying all night and came to school with her brother’s shirt.
2. Monica is the girl who stays after school almost everyday
You might easily spot a freshmen girl with black glasses roaming around after school. Going back and forth from her locker to her ultimate destination. This destination may vary from art class to mini-auditorium.
3. Once you hear a clear, high-pitched tone of voice, it is HER
Monica has a very unique style of tone that makes her sound really nice even if she is cursing in Korean. (Of course out of school boundaries.)
4. Whenever you hear the word “DUDE~” there is a high possibility that could be the perfect Monica
She has a habit of saying “dude~” Usually when she is about to complain about an upcoming test. Which leads me to my next category. I bet she says it more than 20 times everyday.
5. Monica is a great perfectionist
I would really like to be Monica in this field. She is perfect at everything. She will not sleep until she finally gets it. Or accomplishes perfectly. It is one method she uses to earn ‘A’s.
6. The awkward laugh going like “kahaha” or sarcastic “haha” defines Monica
There is many times she laughs sarcastically, and there is her rotten smile, with a little chuckle in the end. It is definitely one of Monica’s trademark.
7. You must never believe a word if she says she has “failed” the test
Monica’s brain reads the term “failed” as an A- or B. So those of you who are getting ‘C’s! Be aware! Her dictionary is very different from yours!
8. Control yourself in mentioning the fact that you like Ju jihoon (a Korean actor) in front of Monica
One part of Monica’s brain is clearly set up by the love towards Ju jihoon. Nowadays, she might seem quite loose in this field. But just in case, don’t ever let the word “LOVE Jihoon” out!
9. Be aware that she also is an extremely great singer
Sometimes the most unexpected people have the ability to do something sudden. Monica is certainly one of those. Just so you don’t freak out when you go to a Karaoke with her, here is the note.
10. Perfect Dancer
Who said geeks (now you are official a geek!) couldn’t dance? Because this one can. And actually is very talented in dancing. Monica is currently in her school dance club and is preparing an awesome show this Friday!
11. If you notice a freshmen girl all depressed and in the next break all hyper, that is Monica
There is a wave pattern that generates from her crazy brain whenever there is a test, quiz, or presentation. The wave is on its downfall curve before the event (test, quiz, presentation) –has occurred. But as soon as it is over, you will see a huge smile on her face and her mouth constantly saying “YAY” which simply connects that the wave is back up.
12. Her special bag she bought recently is her id
This bag of hers, is not JUST a schoolbag. But is a limited edition of Kipling! The greenish-yellowish-blueish wonderful color can only be presented through Monica’s bag. Lucky her!
13. Don’t ever feel depressed because Monica doesn’t smile for the whole day
As mentioned above, there is one ultimate reason she might not be smiling: upcoming test. If it is during finals, she might not even say a joke or a word unless it is related to a school topic. It is a usual thing so no need to worry so much.
14. Reading a textbook during lunch is normal
Food is a very essential element for Monica’s brain. That is why it doesn’t let Monica to go to the library to study but persuades her to read the book in the cafeteria.
15.”Hmm”, “Hahh”, “Heww” — all these expressions are sighing forms of Monica
Whenever there is a bunch of works or projects Monica sighs. She sometimes complains but normally sighs to herself.
16. Falls for serious jokes
Lame jokes don’t really get deceived by Monica. But serious jokes work. When you try to trick her relating to a sudden quiz or random homework will do it.
17. Enjoys writing long essays for test and long comments on blogs or social sites
Some people get lazy and post one sentence when commenting on others blog. However Monica enjoys writing long. For example, when there is a PARAGRAPH due for English class her brain normally understands it as a 3-PAGE-ESSAY. Thus her writing is long. (And perfect!)
18. Monica is also a non-procrastinator
You are very lucky if you have Monica in your group project or partner work because she doesn’t procrastinate! If it is due 2 days from today, it is likely that Monica will push you to finish it till tomorrow. It is not a bad thing though. It gives you confidence for the work you did.
19. Her brain obviously tells her to act normal and not ‘geekish’
Monica almost never shows off what she did and what sort of talent she has. She tries to act normal but we all know that she is definitely a geek. So don’t have the prejudice that Monica isn’t a geek because she doesn’t act like one.
20. Her perfect brain must send signals to make perfect friends
The last fact of Monica’s crazy, perfect brain is that she has FANTASTICALLY PHENOMENAL friends. They all support Monica and love her dearly. And convince themselves that she does too. Her friends nicely make a post for her and kindly offer to help any moment. Monica has perfect friends.
